Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules.

1. Only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   
   
2. For a free ringtone text SCRUMPY to 82100. No purchase necessary. Standard text rates of your mobile phone provider apply. Offer only available to owners of mobile phones which are compatible with real sounds ringtones.
   
   
3. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for misdirected entries. Entry indicates acceptance of terms and conditions.
   
   
4. There are 3 ringtones available in real sound only – babbling brook, cuckoo, sheep – which will be selected at random and sent to the mobile phone sending the text. Subject to availability.
   
   
5. Promotion runs from 1 August to midnight 31 August 2005.
   
   
6. There is no cash or other alternative to this free gift.
   
   
7. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
8. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
   
   
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
